Jobs of Assistant Director of Finance
Responsibilities:
• Assistant Director of Finance responsibilities is concentrated in the accounts department of an organization. Assistant Director of Finance reports to Chief Financial Officer.
• Assistant Director of Finance is involved in the planning and implementation of organizational policies for preparing financial statements in accordance with serviced industry standard.
• Assistant Director of Finance in an organization goes through the transactions of the organization and follows Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to prepare balance sheet and analyze the profit or loss for the financial year, account reconciliation, payment transactions, cash flow reports, and also finalize financial statements.
• Prepare and supervise monthly and yearly financial and management reports, accounting package, and provided necessary financial information.
• Calculates the tax and assists the internal and external auditors. While doing all this, he/she must ensure that the records are accurate so as to analyze the current financial status of the organization. It also helps in planning future goals and objectives.
• Has to work in close coordination with the fellow workers and collect all the information from the accounting staff.
• Improve internal control system.
• Another task will be assigned.

Qualifications:
• Male/Female age 35-45 years old.
• Good command of English both in spoken and written
• At least 15 years’ experience in accounting & finance in a serviced industry and a minimum of 5 years working experience in management level
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, costing, taxation
• Strong leadership, Inspires and motivates team-working/other skills is highly required
• Excellence in MS-Excel
• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
• Good in computer program knowledge
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently, mature, self-motivated and hard working
