Lead, mentor, and develop the Cloud Operations Team ensuring high-performance standards and alignment with organizational goals.

Coordinate with other IT and business teams to ensure streamlined operations and effective collaboration.

Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all cloud services.

Manage costs effectively and optimize cloud resources.

Oversee and participate in incident resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Implement effective root cause analysis and long-term fix for problems.

Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.

Evaluate and introduce new tools, technologies, and practices to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Keep abreast of industry the best practices and innovations.

Work with security teams to ensure cloud environments are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

Regularly review and audit infrastructure to identify potential security vulnerabilities.

Maintain thorough documentation for all operational procedures and cloud infrastructure configurations.

Provide regular reports on infrastructure health, performance, and costs

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

Deep expertise of Wireless controller and Firewall Incident

Knowledge of Azure, AWS, local cloud infrastructure

Knowledge of cloud architecture and best practices.

Knowledge of Windows / Linux-based systems

Knowledge of LAN/WAN solutions, including experience with Cisco routers and switches, Internet firewalls, and VPN

Familiarity with monitoring and ITSM tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Zabbix, ServiceDesk plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
