Booth Sales Executive, ( Samui )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Approach passers-by at the booth and start friendly, natural conversations
• Give a quick, clear introduction to Astra Samui: location, unit types, pricing and why it's a great buy
• Find out what each person is looking for: budget, timeline, and whether they're buying to live in, rent out or invest
• Bring interested clients to the showroom and hand them over smoothly to our sales team
• Record every lead's details accurately in our CRM
• Keep the booth tidy, stocked with brochures, and looking professional at all times
• Hit weekly targets for conversations, leads and showroom visits

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Candidates have full working rights for Thailand.
• Good spoken English (essential)
• French is a big plus. Other languages such as Russian, German or Chinese are also a bonus
• Confidence approaching strangers, and you don't take a "no thanks" personally
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, events or promotions (property experience is a bonus, not a must)
• Well presented, positive, with energy that lasts the whole day
• Based on Koh Samui
