Department Manager RDI -Packaging

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the development and implementation of packaging innovation strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Manage end-to-end packaging development projects from concept, testing, validation, and commercialization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging quality, functionality, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Evaluate new packaging technologies, materials, and market trends to identify innovation opportunities.
• Lead packaging trials, pilot runs, production validations, and commercial launches.
• Ensure packaging solutions comply with food safety regulations, legal requirements, and company quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and solve packaging-related manufacturing and quality issues.
• Build and develop a high-performing RDI Packaging team through coaching, mentoring, and capability development.
• Manage innovation pipelines and prioritize projects to achieve business objectives.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Packaging Technology, Food Science, Food Technology, Materials Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Packaging Development, R&D, Product Development, or Innovation within Food, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or related industries.
• At least 5 years of people management experience leading technical or R&D teams.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, packaging technology, food safety regulations, and quality systems.
• Experience in new product launch, packaging commercialization, and cost optimization projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize resources effectively, and deliver results within established timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Good command of English.
