Leader IBC (Installation & Commissioning)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare site information and prepare site access documents for the installation team.
• Analyze the solution and prepare the Final Solution Report, and deliver the report to the installation team and the documentation team.
• Control and maintain installation work in accordance with the solution procedures and standards as specified by the customer.
• Control and maintain installation photography before and after the operation in accordance with the standards set by the customer.
• Control and maintain commissioning and integration activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Control and maintain the preparation of Part EHS, Site Sign, Site Verify, and Site Verify Photos for the installation team to meet the standards specified by the customer.
• Control and maintain customer-provided equipment used for the work and ensure that such equipment is returned to the customer complete, in good condition, and in accordance with the confirmed quantity and handover records.
• Control and maintain job acceptance activities and be responsible for preparing and submitting job acceptance documents, and any related acceptance documents required by the customer.
• Analyze problems and propose solutions before and after installation.
• Control and maintain the inspection and clearance of all tools and equipment used for the work prior to handover to the Company, ensuring all items are complete, in good condition, and properly recorded.
• Support material return activities by identifying and collecting relevant evidence and supporting documents, proposing the material return approach to the customer, and obtaining customer approval.
• Control and maintain discussions and negotiation with the customer to ensure material return can be processed without deduction where applicable, and monitor material status to propose practical solutions to balance material usage and returned quantities to minimize discrepancies and project impact.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in telecom installation and commissioning, preferably in IBC or DAS systems.
• Experience in team supervision, troubleshooting, and site coordination is an advantage.
• Knowledge of telecom equipment, RF systems, site safety, and technical documentation.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
