หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and update quotations for existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations for potential customers, including providing additional information as required.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to understand their needs, requirements, and specifications.
• Coordinate with overseas agents regarding new shipment bookings.
• Keep up to date with competitors’ services, market information, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers, close sales, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
• At least **2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations
• Excellent command of English**, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office.
• Strong sales, negotiation, coordination, and customer service skills.
