Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments.

Prepare information and documents to support coordination with various departments.

Summarize work plans and prepare progress reports for management.

Translate and convey information between internal departments, including meeting documents, to ensure clear and accurate communication.

Perform interpretation during meetings and translate assigned documents.

Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of all public relations and communication materials in accordance with company communication standards.

Communicate with customers and provide accurate and appropriate information.

Prior experience as an interpreter or in translation-related roles will be considered an advantage.
