Support marketing activities for assigned products and product categories.
Understand product details, benefits, target customers, selling points, and key differences from competitors.
Work with Content, Creative, Digital Marketing, Sales, Live Commerce, and related teams to prepare product-related communication materials.
Support the development of product sheets, selling points, FAQs, brochures, presentation materials, online content, Live selling scripts, and internal communication.
Support planning and execution of product campaigns, promotions, bundles, and marketing activities.
Support sales strategy for Live selling activities, including product selection, selling points, promotion mechanics, bundle offers, key messages, and customer engagement angles.
Provide product information, key selling points, customer pain points, benefits, FAQs, and content angles to Content and Creative teams. Prepare campaign briefs, product details, key messages, promotion mechanics, Live selling information, and related materials for execution teams.
Coordinate with Content, Creative, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Live Commerce teams to ensure content supports product positioning and sales objectives.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, communication, content direction, Live selling activities, and market trends.
Prepare product information and supporting materials for Sales, Patient Advisory, Operations, Live Commerce, and other frontline teams.
Support product briefing, internal communication, and coordination to help teams understand product benefits, selling points, promotion mechanics, and content direction.
Coordinate with related teams to improve product communication, content materials, Live selling support, and sales support materials when needed.
Prepare regular summaries or reports for assigned products, campaigns, Live selling activities, and product-related content when required.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Inventory, Operations, and related teams on product availability or product-related issues when required.
Follow up on assigned tasks, timelines, and action items to ensure completion

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
At least 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, category marketing, trade marketing, commercial marketing, content marketing, Live commerce, or related fields.
Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetic, healthcare, wellness, retail, FMCG, consumer products, clinic, hospital-related business, or Live selling business is an advantage.
Able to understand product information and translate it into clear marketing, content, and sales communication.
Good understanding of product campaigns, promotions, content direction, and sales-driven marketing.
Experience in supporting Live selling, online sales, social commerce, or product content planning is an advantage.
Good coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work with multiple teams and manage several tasks at the same time.
Hands-on, flexible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Good command of English is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
