หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Implement, maintain, and support IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

Deploy and manage server, application, and cloud infrastructure to ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.

Support DevOps initiatives and participate in system deployment, testing, and production rollout activities.

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve system stability and operational efficiency.

Deploy application releases, system updates, patches, and infrastructure changes following operational and security standards.

Investigate and troubleshoot infrastructure, system, application, and network-related issues to minimize service disruption.

Collaborate with development, security, database, and operations teams to support business and project requirements.

Manage cloud infrastructure and services on AWS, including provisioning, configuration, optimization, and operational support. Support cloud migration and infrastructure modernization projects from on-premises environments.

Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure configurations.

Ensure infrastructure compliance with organizational security policies and operational standards.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.

Experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, and cloud environments.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.

Understanding of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing, and Firewall concepts.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Basic Project Management skill.

Good command of English.
