หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Media Buying & Standards: Recruit, train, and manage Media Buyers. Enforce campaign structures, naming conventions, and auction exclusion rules. Audit setups, veto risky campaigns
• Ad Infrastructure & Continuity: Maintain BMs, ad accounts, proxies, and 2FA access across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LINE Ads. Develop proactive backup systems, restriction SOPs, and lead incident response.
• Technical Tracking: Oversee setup and integrity of Pixels, CAPI, UTMs, and conversion events to ensure uninterrupted metric reporting.
• Budget Governance: Monitor ad spend against budget, manage payment tools, and evaluate new platforms.
• Marketplace & LINE Operations: Align Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop official stores with legal and pricing guidelines without undercutting core channels. Manage LINE assets (LINE Ads, OA, Rich Menu, Broadcasts), excluding direct chat sales.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 5+ Years Experience: Managing high-budget ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• 2–3+ Years Leadership: Managing and coaching a team of Media Buyers.
• Hands-On Expertise: Managing Business Managers, ad accounts, and resolving account restrictions.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Pixels, CAPI, and conversion events, with the ability to independently audit accuracy.
• Marketplace Operations: Operational-level experience managing Marketplace platforms.
• Preferred: Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) businesses or the dietary supplement market in Thailand.
