O&M Manager (Solar & EV)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the O&M team in overseeing the daily operations of EV charging stations and solar power plants.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
• Monitor system performance indicators such as availability, efficiency, and downtime, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure operations comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements.
• Improve operational processes to reduce downtime and maximize system efficiency.
• Provide training and technical support to field technicians and business partners.
• Manage O&M budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in O&M, particularly in solar systems, EV systems, or power electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, inverters, transformers, and SCADA monitoring systems.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of solar and EV systems.
• Good understanding of safety standards and regulations in the energy industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage contractors effectively.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday, including site visits or after-hours coordination when required by customer projects.
