Product/Service Presentation: Explaining the details of products and how they work, and addressing any technical questions.

Negotiation: Engaging in negotiations over pricing, delivery terms, and after-sales services.

Technical Support: Offering post-sale support to help customers solve any technical issues or concerns they might encounter.
