Purchasing Officer (Chinese Speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Formulate procurement strategies and execute the sourcing of international raw materials to effectively support cross-departmental operations.
• Negotiate procurement terms and oversee delivery scheduling to ensure timely distribution aligned with requester requirements.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers and vendors to achieve cost savings and drive direct and indirect value for the organization
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while supporting new supplier development, localization initiatives, and cost-reduction activities.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male/Female
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing
• Possesses great attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Chinese comunication and ability to understand the Chinese Language in Speaking, Listening and Reading
