Technician - Preventive maintenance

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Participate in daily inspections, maintenance, safety checks, GMP improvements, and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, engineers, operators, and supervisors to execute PM plans promptly.
• Work closely with maintenance engineers or managers to complete daily repair tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
• Analyze critical spare parts with engineers and ensure timely availability for PM and CM.
• Suggest solutions for recurring problems and contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Use digital tools and technology for recording and tracking maintenance activities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• High vocational Certificate in Industrial Mechanics, Mechanical, Electrical Power, Electronics, or Production Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ANSI, DIN, and JIS piping standards.
• Knowledge of Tetra Pak
• Ability to conduct arc welding operations with precision accuracy of 0.8 µm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (including Pivot Tables).
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, torque application, and measurement tools.
• Ability to read and create simple technical drawings and understand industrial materials.
