Demand Forecasting&S&OP : Develop effective forecast models based on historical data, industry trends, and demand patterns.

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align promotion plans vs. demand planning and ensure business objectives are met.

Conduct monthly forecast reviews to validate numbers with the Commercial team and ensure targets are realistic.

Identify root causes of forecast errors to improve accuracy for the next cycle.

Supply Planning & Inventory Management : Plan and execute supply activities to ensure product availability meets demand while keeping inventory within the target level (Min-Max).

Find opportunities to reduce order undelivered related to OOS (Out-of-Stock) to improve customer service level.

Monitor stock health (Slow Moving & Dead Stock) and coordinate with the Commercial team to drive clearance plans.

Execute and monitor allocation logic, working with relevant teams to ensure fair and data-driven distribution during supply shortages.

Factory Coordination & Material Optimization : Coordinate with factories within the Group to align the replenishment plan with production capability and capacity constraints.

Support factories in optimizing stock levels of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging (PM) to ensure production readiness while minimizing excess inventory.

New Product Introduction (NPI) : Manage NPI timeline to ensure stock is ready for the On-Shelf Date.

Calculate initial stock allocation for each channel to support the product launch.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields.

3 - 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Management.

Experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods is required (Background in Skincare/Beauty is a plus).

Proven track record in managing supply for Modern Trade / Key Accounts (B2B) is highly preferred.

Solid understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain process and S&OP concept.

Microsoft Excel: Advanced level is required (Strong in formulas and Power Query for data preparation).

Power BI: Working knowledge is a plus for maintaining dashboards and visualizing data.

Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., Odoo) is an advantage (Mainly for data retrieval and exporting).

Ability to create clear reports and present findings to the team.

Strong aptitude for data analysis, working with numbers, and finding logic behind the data.

Excellent interpersonal skills to work smoothly with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.

Proactive attitude, able to work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good command of written and spoken English.
