หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Ensure smooth flow of information and open communication as appropriate throughout the Companies in order to build staff trust.

Handle the whole recruitment process for staff, supervisor and manager level both replacement and new headcount approval case. Also, be one of job seeker web administrators to manage, support and implement the staffing system.

Support Group Director of Human Resources and department head to understand professional development needs to increase the overall organizational capabilities. Organizes training venues, logistics, transportation, and accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.

Support for the compensation & benefits strategy and benchmark with competitors to ensure that we provide the attractive packages to our staff. Also, implement HR operation as one of monthly payroll actioners.

Implement Employee Engagement strategy to ensure qualified staff are retained, promoted and rotate and to give recognition and rewards appropriately.

Support Talent Management and Succession Planning program.

General administration management and other HR/Administrative projects as required.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Degree in Human Resources Management & Organization Development, Psychology, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields.

Minimum 10 years in Human Resources functions with at least 5 years in managerial level.

Some experience in working global company is advantage.

Strong background in HR as a business partner, staff sourcing management, people and organization development.

Good service minded, strategic and systematic thinking.

Strong management skills with good interpersonal skills, flexible with business acumen.

Fluent in both Thai and English literate.
