Junior Personal Assistant (English Speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Perform full range of effective secretarial and administrative support as team assistant.
• Work closely with Management Team to co-operate oversea assignments.
• Support Management’s flow of work and keep confidential of all matters related.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to support positive work environment and achieve assignment.
• Monitor and follow up progress of working on time.
• Managing ad hoc projects upon request.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts/Humanities, International Business
• Management, Marketing, Psychology or related fields.
• 3- 5 years’ experience in Secretary, Personal Assistant or Administration for Executive.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing (Minimum 750 TOEIC Score).
• Being Proactive, Flexible and Open-Minded.
• Good Prioritization and Planning Skills.
• Good Team Player with Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and up-to-date Application/Software
