Interior Designer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Requirements Gathering & Alignment: Coordinate with relevant departments to gather and summarize requirements for showroom design and renovation projects.
• Design Concept & Proposal: Create and present showroom design proposals that align with company standards, ensuring a modern and aesthetic appeal.
• Construction Supervision & Drawing Clarification: Oversee structural/construction work, clarify working drawings, and liaise with contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Site Inspection & Schedule Management: Conduct site inspections to ensure project delivery within set timelines and verify site accuracy against construction drawings.
• 3D Visualization & Quantity Calculation: Produce 3D perspective renderings, lay out material patterns, and calculate spatial/material quantities for assigned projects.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination & Documentation: Collaborate with internal departments and manage all design-related documentation.
• Budget & Prop Management: Control and manage the budget for showroom interior props, styling, and decorative elements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in interior design, showroom design, commercial space design, or exhibition design.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or other relevant design tools.
• Presentation & Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to executives and clients.
• Soft Skills & Attributes: Creative, highly detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
