The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team and plays a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the company. The CFO oversees all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and investor relations.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.

• Experience in a leadership position within a publicly traded company preferred.

• Formerly worked in a conglomerate company, with experience in conducting Initial Public Offerings (IPO).

• Proficient in accounting, accounting principles, and managing major financial statement closings.

• Supervise and review the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.

• Prepare company budgets.

• Experience in the IT industry would be considered a plus

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and investor relations is a plus.
