Incident Response: Serve as the first line of defense for security incidents within the client's environment, applying basic incident management strategies to mitigate issues.

Security Tool Management: Oversee the operation and basic troubleshooting of security tools and software at the client site, such as antivirus and firewall systems.

Compliance and Advisory: Assist in reviewing the client's security posture against basic industry standards and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Customer Support: Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand their security concerns, offering support and guidance to address their needs.
