หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• No gender restrictions, age 23 years and up.
• Bachelor's degree, not limited to fields
• Experience in marketing or real estate sales will be advantage.
• Required person who can communicate in English or Chinese or both
• Have a positive attitude, professional, organized, disciplined, and adaptable
• Able to use various computer programs well such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Connect with client from social media platform eg. IG, Facebook, Line@, TikTok etc.,
• Find rooms that meet the needs of customers and agents to present both rental and sales cases.
• Find a room to log into the system to Prepared for sale and rental
• Take care of online accounts As assigned by the company Coordinate with customers and agents who contact us. Online or other channels to close sales or rental contracts
• Advertise a room for sale and rental of the company on online media
• Check and prepare contract documents and various documents related to buying and selling real estate rentals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
