Senior Software Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Write or modify programs as necessary to meet user requirements.
• Be responsible for designing a flexible and scalable system architecture.
• Develop detailed data flow diagrams of the existing system and recommend ways to modernize and improve system efficiency.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Assist in developing system objectives and create comprehensive plans.
• Prepare Scope of Work documents and Technical Specifications documents.
• Review code to ensure it meets the defined standards (Code Review).
• Develop testing methods, such as Unit Tests and Integration Tests, to ensure software quality.
• Conduct team meetings to plan work, assess progress, and resolve issues.
• Communicate and coordinate with other system development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and oversee the development of APIs, including API Testing.
• Analyze problems and improve database design to enhance performance.
• Be responsible for building, designing, and developing both back-end and front-end systems.
• Ensure the developed system is secure, capable of handling heavy workloads, and stable.
• Provide consultation and support to development teams to improve work efficiency.
• Mentor and help develop the potential of junior team members.
• Introduce and apply new technologies and tools in software development.
• Propose ways to improve development processes to increase efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in languages and technologies such as NestJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL.
• In-depth knowledge of system and database design to support large numbers of users.
• Excellent skills in planning and solving structural problems.
• Experience in leading or managing development teams.
• Understanding of CI/CD and Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with teams.
• Highly responsible and able to deliver work on time.
