ECM Assistant Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the e-commerce operations team and oversee the daily management and optimization of official stores on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve operational SOPs to enhance efficiency, execution quality, and scalability.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, content, promotions, campaign participation, inventory coordination, and product lifecycle performance.
• Monitor key business metrics, identify performance gaps, and develop data-driven action plans to achieve sales, profitability, traffic, and conversion targets.
• Manage e-commerce operating budgets and key cost components, including platform commissions, advertising, promotions, fulfillment, and returns, while improving ROI.
• Collaborate closely with internal functions, China HQ, platform partners, and teams across APAC to ensure effective execution of business plans.
• Coach team members, manage priorities, and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace operations, preferably involving Shopee and Lazada in Southeast Asia.
• Proven ability to independently manage official stores and lead an e-commerce operations team.
• Strong product, customer, commercial, and data-oriented mindset.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce cost structures, budgeting, profitability, and ROI management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project-management, and execution skills.
• Effective cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English due to regular communication with China&APAC HQ.
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in e-commerce and growing with the organization.
