หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Manage and maintain relationships with clients post-sale to ensure optimal usage of products/services and high customer satisfaction

Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align on client goals, background information, and long-term account planning

Understand customer needs and objectives, and recommend appropriate service usage strategies to help achieve business success

Monitor and analyze customer usage data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement or additional service needs

Prepare proposals, documents, and contracts in both English and Chinese to support post-sales processes

Follow up regularly with customers, gather feedback, and provide insights to internal teams to improve products and services

Coordinate with internal teams including technical, production, or livestreaming teams to address customer needs and resolve issues

Support renewal processes and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities based on client satisfaction and growth potential

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 1ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Proficient in Chinese (spoken, written, and reading)

Capable of preparing and reviewing contracts in English or Chinese accurately

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of the Customer Journey, with the ability to analyze customer data and suggest actionable improvements

Experience in SaaS, E-commerce, Digital Agency, or Tech companies is a plus
