Fitness/Sport/Wellness Club Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead overall club operations and ensure consistently high standards of hospitality, service quality, member satisfaction, and guest experience.
• Oversee member services and clubhouse facilities, including front desk, housekeeping, café, restaurant, bar, and event catering operations.
• Manage fitness and sports operations, including trainers, instructors, schedules, programs, equipment, safety standards, and daily performance.
• Plan and execute club events and activities in collaboration with Marketing and Sports Operations, ensuring smooth coordination of people, venues, F&B, and guest flow.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through SOP development, customer feedback, service reviews, cost control, and performance monitoring.
• Lead and develop the operational team through recruitment, training, coaching, performance reviews, and building a strong premium-service culture.
• Ensure business and facility readiness, including equipment maintenance, supplier coordination, compliance, service standards, membership performance, and operational efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel, resort, golf club, country club, or private members club
• At least 5 years in managerial role • Experience managing a premium gym, fitness club, wellness facility, or hotel fitness operation is strongly preferred
• Strong hospitality mindset with hands-on operational experience
• Good command of Thai and English
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
