• At least 1 year of experience in content creation or a related role.
• Strong storytelling ability — can turn a simple idea into engaging, watchable content.
• Solid understanding of social media content styles and trends, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Working English communication skills (spoken and reading).
• Good team player who collaborates well with photographers, editors, and cross-functional teams.
• Basic marketing mindset — understands how content connects to brand goals and performance metrics.

• The Content Creator will own the creative process end-to-end — from ideation to final edit — for both TikTok Shop livestream traffic/lead-generation content and Instagram branding and visual content. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and platform strategy, working closely with the photography and editing teams to bring content ideas to life, and stepping in front of or behind the camera (including voice over) as needed.
• Generate Content Ideas: Develop fresh, on-brand content concepts tailored to each platform's audience and trends, balancing TikTok traffic/lead-gen goals with Instagram branding objectives.
• Plan Content Schedule: Build and maintain a content calendar across brands, ensuring consistent output aligned with campaign timelines and livestream schedules.
• Write Storyboards: Translate content ideas into clear, shootable storyboards and scripts that guide the photography and editing teams.
• Assist with Shoots & Voice Over: Support the photographer and editor's team during shoots and record voice overs, with light editing (rough cuts, captions) as needed.
• Evaluate Content Performance: Track and analyze content results across platforms, drawing insights to continuously improve future content ideas, formats, and execution.
