Systems Engineer (Huawei Network)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Implementation, Configures, Administrator and maintains IT infrastructure and its components.
• Understand IT infrastructure technologies and landscape (hardware, midrange, security, network, etc.)
• Performs incident, problem and escalation management for own area of responsibility.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services.
• Introduce new technology and solutions to improve work process.
• Work with support team to resolve technical issues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in System Engineering, Network Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or related areas.
• Basic knowledge of Huawei Network products, including Switches, Routers, Wireless LAN (WLAN), Security, and Network Management solutions.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLAN, VPN, WLAN, and Network Security concepts.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and enterprise networking environments.
• Strong service-minded attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
