• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics and freight forwarding needs.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Solid understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• Excellent command of Business English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating individual accountability and responsibility.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
• A high level of motivation and passion for sales, with excellent communication skills to engage a diverse clientele.
