Presales Engineer (Server & Storage)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Gather and analyze customer business and technical requirements.
• Design and propose AI Infrastructure Solutions based on customer needs.
• Recommend suitable technologies including Server, Storage, GPU, Networking, and AI Platforms.
• Prepare Solution Architecture, Sizing, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Work closely with Technical Consultants and Solution Architects to develop end-to-end solutions.
• Support Sales teams in customer meetings, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Support PoC, Workshops, RFI, RFP, and Technical Proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with Implementation and Engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery.
• Stay updated on AI, GPU Computing, Server & Storage, Virtualization, and Cloud Infrastructure technologies.
• Maintain knowledge of vendor technologies, products, and relevant certifications.
