Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage interior fit-out works from site execution through completion and handover.
• Control site progress, quality, schedule, cost, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate between Client, Consultant, Designer, MEP team, QS, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Review and coordinate Interior / Architectural Shop Drawings, Material Submissions, Mock-ups and Method Statements.
• Identify and resolve site coordination and constructability issues before they impact the programme.
• Manage interfaces between ID, Architectural, MEP, FF&E and specialist works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure workmanship meets approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Manage QA/QC, defect inspection, rectification, testing, completion and handover.
• Monitor subcontractor manpower, procurement, material delivery and installation progress.
• Prepare and follow up weekly progress, look-ahead schedules, critical issues and action lists.
• Coordinate VO / SI / additional works with QS and project team.
• Attend and lead coordination meetings with Client, Consultant and contractors.
• Take ownership of problems and drive the team toward practical site solutions and project completion.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of actual site experience, preferably in Interior Fit-out projects.
• Strong experience in Hotel, Luxury Residential, Hospitality or High-end Interior Fit-out is preferred.
• Must understand actual construction methods, materials and installation sequencing — not only project documentation.
• Able to read and coordinate ID, Architectural and MEP drawings.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, material approval, mock-ups, QA/QC and defect management.
• Able to manage subcontractors and solve site problems independently.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for meetings, emails and coordination with international clients/consultants.
• Good communication, leadership and coordination skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to work under project deadlines.
