หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Act as the business interface for assigned customers and on-site equipment operations, proactively coordinating with the Sales Operations Coordinator and Field Service Engineers on equipment entry, delivery, exit and related customer information to ensure smooth equipment movement in and out of sites.
• Follow up on on-site abnormalities for assigned customer equipment. When a breakdown occurs, promptly confirm the customer's needs and contact a Field Service Engineer to attend, continuously tracking repair progress, customer feedback and equipment recovery, and coordinating internal resources as necessary until the issue is resolved.
• Develop manufacturing companies, industrial park clients, logistics and warehousing operators, contractors, rental companies and equipment dealers.
• Identify equipment needs, project cycles, budgets and decision-making chains; handle quotations, negotiation, contracts, delivery and payment collection follow-up.
• Continuously maintain customer relationships and expand rental fleet volume, sales opportunities and repeat business.
• Collect information on competitors' rental rates, selling prices, equipment fleet size and customer demand.
• Submit visit, opportunity, forecast and payment collection data as required.
• Responsible for accounts receivable (AR) and payment collection follow-up for assigned customers, and coordinate customer payment matters in support of the company.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• chinese–Thai bilingual candidates are preferred
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience; equipment rental/forklift/AWP/industrial equipment experience preferred.
• Fluent Thai; basic business English preferred.
• Able to independently develop new customers and follow up consistently.
• Valid driver's licence own vehicle and willingness to use it for customer visits preferred.
