Service Advisor / ที่ปรึกษาด้านบริการ

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Greet customers, assess service requirements, prepare accurate estimates, and promote additional services or maintenance products.
• Provide advice on vehicle preventive maintenance and repair.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians and parts department to ensure smooth operations & timely service delivery.
• Document service records accurately, handle inquiries and complaints, and follow up on unsold services or customer concerns.
• Perform quality control of completed repairs, conduct final inspections, and manage vehicle handover.
• Perform opening and closing jobs responsibilities, including answering calls and processing payments.
• Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up.
• Manage customer complaints and Ensure strict compliance to company's policies and procedures pertaining to cash and credit cards.
• Support overall operations as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• High vocational or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in automotive industrial
• Possess working experience as Service Advisor in automotive
• Able to handle customer complaints, offer service recovery and service operation
• Can drive and hold driving license
