Racing Partnership Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of prospective sponsors and commercial partners.
• Proactively approach potential sponsors through direct outreach and internal referrals.
• Coordinate with external sponsorship agencies and other sales channels.
• Prepare proposals and customize sponsorship packages to meet individual partner requirements.
• Identify commercial opportunities across Race Days, individual races, branding, events, activations, and F&B.
• Lead bi-weekly sponsorship meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, sales forecast, contractual, and win-loss reports.
• Support commercial negotiations and ensure all commitments are achievable before finalizing agreements.
• Translate contractual benefits into clear Race Day activation and operational plans.
• Coordinate branding, hospitality, F&B, booths, displays, events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to assign responsibilities and deliver commitments on time.
• Manage sponsor relationships before, during, and after Race Days and obtain post-event feedback.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, expanded collaborations, repeat sponsorships, and multi-year partnerships.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in sponsorship, partnerships, business development, events, hospitality, sports, lifestyle or related commercial roles.
• Strong commercial and relationship-building capability.
• Comfortable approaching and communicating with corporate decision-makers.
• Strong coordination and project-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple partners, deadlines and Race Day deliverables simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating events or brand activations is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercially minded while remaining operationally practical.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around agreements and sponsor benefits.
• Comfortable working across departments and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Able and willing to work Race Days, including Sundays, as required.
