Supervisor Underwriting, Branch Operation

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the motor underwriting team.
• This role ensures timely and accurate underwriting of motor insurance policies in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
• The position also assists in monitoring underwriting performance, including basic data analysis related to loss ratios and pricing trends, under the guidance of the manager.
• Prepare report and monitor to control risk portfolio by monthly report to UW &marketing teams.
• Ensure the underwriting process for motor insurance policies.
• Evaluate risks and determine appropriate premium rates.
• Develop and implement underwriting guidelines and procedures according to feedback and case review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to implementation efforts.
• Ability to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
• Develop competitive insurance products in collaboration with the sales & marketing team; provide support and guidance to the sales team on underwriting matters.
• Analyze market trends to refine underwriting strategies in line with company goals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in Policy Processing & Underwriting.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of risk assessment in general insurance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, marketing and claims teams.
• Proactive mindset and willing to learn new things.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
