Research & Development Director (F&B)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Define R&D strategy and menu development plans aligned with business goals and each brand’s identity.
• Lead new menu development and existing menu improvement, from concept and recipe testing through to restaurant rollout.
• Ensure consistent recipes, taste, quality, food safety, and cost standards across all branches.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and QA to deliver menus that meet customer needs and work effectively in restaurant operations.
• Lead and develop the R&D team, manage budgets, and deliver projects against business targets.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 15 years of experience in food and beverage R&D or product development, including 5 years leading an R&D function.
• Direct experience in the restaurant industry, particularly restaurant chains or businesses operating multiple branches.
• A proven track record of launching menus that deliver measurable business results, supported by strong consumer and market insight.
• Expertise in recipe development, food standards, and cost management, with a practical understanding of restaurant operations.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field, with strong leadership and executive communication skills.
