Accounts Payable Supervisor (1-Year Contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices, tax invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation for accounts payable and payments
• Record accounts payable and expenses in the accounting system accurately, completely, and in the correct accounting period
• Review and record import-related expenses
• Review Petty cash operations and ensure money top-up every month
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers and relevant internal departments regarding billing, check collection, and the resolution of issues concerning incorrect documentation
• Prepare VAT report for submission
• Handle fixed assets; register new fixed assets, calculate the monthly depreciation and reconcile movements
• Reconcile detailed balances of related asset and liability accounts
• Perform other accounting duties and ad hoc assignments as required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years experience in Account Payable
• Knowledge of Thai Tax law and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fair command of both Thai and English
• Fast execution, Proactive and good team player
• Adaptable to change, flexibility with Retail operation support while maintain the accuracy, compliance and punctuality
