หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Handling export/shipping documentation for shipments (Invoice, packing list, B/L, C/O, etc)

Manage and prepare the internal financial reports and P/L report and forecasts.

Manage and oversee monthly VAT & other tax reporting.

Implementation and integrating company financial/accounting part in new ERP system of the company.

Handle accounting of Fixed Asset and generate monthly depreciation entries in system.

Review accuracy of accounting transactions and payment voucher to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and according to Thai accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles standards.

Dealing with Revenue Department for VAT refund and prepare required reports for any audit.

อายุ(ปี) : 30 - 45

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 8 - 10 ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

At least Bachelor degree in Accounting.

Experience of at least 8 years.

Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and General ledger.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Background in auditing.

Knowledge in ERP systems and implementation.

Knowledge in Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV/Navision) ERP system will be considered as a plus.

Strong knowledge of the Thai Revenue Code , Vat refund and generally accepted accounting principles standards.

Good command of English.

Able to work under pressure.
