Operations Manager (Garment Manufacturing)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Production & Operations Management >>> • Lead and manage daily factory operations, including Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing, and Warehouse activities. • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements and shipment schedules. • Monitor production performance and ensure achievement of productivity, efficiency, quality, and delivery targets. • Optimize manpower utilization, machine efficiency, and production capacity. • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve workflow and output.
• Production Planning & Control (PPC) >>>• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, and Procurement teams to ensure production readiness. • Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and production status to maintain schedule adherence. • Ensure timely completion and shipment of customer orders.
• Quality & Compliance >>> • Ensure products comply with customer specifications and quality standards. • Work closely with QA/QC teams to minimize defects, rework, and customer complaints. • Maintain compliance with customer, social, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Cost & Performance Management >>> • Monitor manufacturing costs, labor productivity, and operational KPIs. • Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. • Implement cost-saving programs while maintaining quality and delivery performance.
• Leadership & People Management >>>> • Lead and develop Production, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams. • Set departmental objectives and monitor performance against targets. • Coach and mentor supervisors and managers to build organizational capability. • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมสิ่งทอ, การผลิตเสื้อผ้า, การจัดการปฏิบัติการ, การบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาโทจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินงานผลิตเสื้อผ้าไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้บริหารระดับสูงดูแลการดำเนินงานของโรงงานหรือการผลิตไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารการผลิตเสื้อผ้าขนาดใหญ่สำหรับตลาดส่งออก
