Senior Backend Developer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability
• Lead research initiatives to improve the efficiency and functionality of the backend systems Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand and develop project specifications
• Develop and implement monitoring strategies, identifying key metrics for system monitoring and ensure robust system monitoring
• Participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and robust code, performing all necessary testing
• Monitor and troubleshoot services in the production environment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages such as GO, Python, TypeScript or JavaScript
• Be able to mentor other team members. This involves helping them understand our technology stack and guiding them in their overall professional development. This can be done through one-on-one mentoring or leading group training sessions.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading concepts
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills
• Ability to identify key metrics for system monitoring, ensure robust monitoring and troubleshoot services in the production environment
• Significant experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration systems, with the ability to design, develop, and manage robust, scalable, and secure systems
