Digital Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist (ทำงาน จ-ศ)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 4–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, GA4, GTM, and digital analytics tools.
• Experience managing digital agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
• Strong understanding of key digital marketing KPIs, including CPL, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools, marketing automation, or CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Open to candidates of all nationalities. Remote, hybrid, or Thailand-based candidates are welcome. Work permit sponsorship can be provided for the right candidate.

• Manage and coordinate external digital marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital advertising performance across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Track, analyze, and report key marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, ROAS, CPL, CAC, customer lifetime value, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and recommend strategies to maximize performance, efficiency, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign and customer data to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools, marketing automation, and emerging digital technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, productivity, and customer acquisition.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI innovations, and industry best practices, proactively recommending new opportunities to drive growth and maintain market leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure digital marketing activities support business growth objectives and deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Support the company's digital growth initiatives and contribute to establishing best practices in digital marketing, analytics, and AI-driven marketing strategies.
