Seedlings Restaurant Manager Laguna Resorts & Hotels PLC. is currently seeking qualified candidate for Seeding Restaurant to fill the below position: Restaurant Manager Qualifications:- - Bachelor’s Degree required - At least 3 years of restaurant experience with supervisory or managerial capacity. - Good Thai and English language skills - Strong organizational skills - Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals - Sound administrative ability - Able to handle demanding workload & pressure, long hours and able to work on shifts Duties & Responsibilities:- Responsible for the whole restaurant operations which includes liaising with the kitchen, stewarding, bars, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility.
