Responsible

System Support: Provide daily operational support for warehouse systems (WMS/ISCO):: Quickly respond to and resolve onsite or remote system issues

Incident Management: Track and manage system incidents and tickets: Drive issue resolution and support continuous system improvement

User Support & Training: Provide system training to warehouse staff (in Thai): Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and FAQs

System Configuration & Optimization: Support basic system configuration (e.g., locations, SKU, workflow rules): Participate in system enhancement and process optimization initiatives

Cross-functional Communication: Coordinate with warehouse, product, engineering, and external vendors: Support communication across multiple stakeholders

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in WMS / OMS / TMS or related systems

Good command of English. Chinese is a plus

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure

Willing to work onsite in a warehouse environment
