Implement, control, and continuously improve the preventive maintenance program.

Manage and improve breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.

Acquire and ensure the availability of suitable tools, machines, equipment, and facility and systems (building, steam boiler, air compressor, water supply, industries gas, etc.) to support performance.

Manage outsourced services, equipment parts, spare parts, and consumable goods to ensure availability and reliability.

Prepare daily and periodic maintenance check sheets.

Coordinate and set up preventive maintenance plan with department related.

Supervise sub-coordinates to repair, modify or install facility and utility.

Acquire new high-performance, suitable tool, facility and utility.

Provide equipment parts, spare part, consumable goods, outsource service to support preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.

Perform machine/equipment utility trouble shooting.

Performs other jobs as may be assigned by Facilities & Utilities Section Manager or Engineering & Maintenance Department Manager.

Successfully completed the training and certification program for Boiler Operator & Thermal Oil Operator.

Successfully completed the training and certification program for Senior Energy Officer.
