Technical Support Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• L2 Incident and Service Request Resolution.
• Own, investigate, and resolve incidents and complex service requests escalated from Tier 1 within agreed service levels.
• Analyze application logs, integration messages, job schedules, configurations, database queries, and monitoring alerts to isolate faults.
• Support SIT, UAT, performance-test, training, and pre-production environments to enable project delivery and business testing.
• Provide controlled L2 support for production incidents, alerts, operational issues, and approved service requests.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring or high-impact incidents and document findings, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Coordinate effectively with Tier 1 Service Desk, application development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, database, security, vendors, and business teams.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related
• At least 2-4 years of experience in application support, technical support, operations, systems analysis, or a related enterprise IT role.
• Experience supporting multi-tier applications, enterprise integrations, batch processing, APIs, databases, or cloud and on-premise platforms.
• Practical experience with incident, problem, change, and service-request management in an ITSM environment.
• Experience supporting test cycles such as SIT and UAT, including defect triage, test evidence, and release readiness activities.
