คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership, supervisory or recruitment management role.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in F&B, retail, hospitality or multi-branch businesses.
• Experience managing recruitment for multiple brands, locations or business units is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting new store openings or large-scale manpower expansion is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, selection processes and offer management.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and urgent hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with recruitment dashboards or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening support, recruitment content creation or reporting.
• Strong interest in AI, automation and digital innovation, with the ability to identify practical opportunities to apply AI in high-volume recruitment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
