Managing and supervising overall HRD, HRM and admin functions as follows: - Recruitment, Selection of potential candidates, and Onboarding process - Training and Development (Policy, Budget, and course) - Performance Appraisal and Management Processes - Compensation, Benefit and Service - Law and regulation and Labor Relations - Occupational Safety, Health and Environment - Taking care of Admin tasks (Asset Office Control, Facility Maintenance, Purchasing Stationery Office, etc.) - Keep updated with report lines and other tasks as assigned.

1. ถอดวัดปริมาณงานก่อสร้าง เพื่อจัดทำงานส่วนต่างๆ เช่น BOQ Cost Plan และ VO 2. ประมาณการและกำหนดอัตราราคาต่อหน่วยของค่าวัสดุและค่าแรง 3. ตรวจสอบความแตกต่างของงานก่อสร้างกรณีเปลี่ยนแปลงระหว่างแบบสัญญาและแบบก่อสร้างจริงที่แก้ไข (Variation works) 4. ทำการตรวจสอบผลงานก่อสร้างจริงเพื่อเบิกจ่ายงวดงาน (Payment) 5. จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับมูลค่างานก่อสร้าง (Cost Report) 6. จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับเอกสารประกวดราคา (Tender Document) 7. เข้าใจและแนะนำเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการประกวดราคา 8. จัดเตรียมสัญญาและร่างเงื่อนไขแห่งสัญญาให้เป็นตามข้อตกลง

1. Assisting Project Manager any activities as required to control and monitor site progress on site, quality assurance and quality control. 2. Cooperate and communicate effectively with owner representative and other project participants e.g., designers, contractors and suppliers to provide technical advice for any discrepancy between drawings, specification and construction on site 3. Review materials, shop, and combined drawings in accordance with the drawings and specifications. 4. Support testing and commissioning of completed works before they are covered by the contractors. 5. Coordinate with quantity surveyor to identify variation order works, value of work done on site for payment to contractors and suppliers. 6. Site monitoring for ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied with. 7. Coordinate with building management team as necessary. 8. Compile and prepare project status reports by analyzing, summarizing information for daily, weekly and monthly activities. 9. Compile and prepare project closeout report including punch list, all document with sign offs from respective parties, lessons learnt from all parties for handing over.
