Provide technical support: Assist customers in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of machine vision systems and AI-based vision systems. Application development: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and develop customized solutions using rule-based and AI-driven image processing techniques. AI Software Development: Support the development, training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models (e.g., deep learning for object detection, classification, OCR, anomaly detection). System integration: Integrate machine vision solutions with existing equipment, machinery, and software systems. Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. Project management: Manage application projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting customer expectations. Customer training and education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on machine vision systems. Documentation and reporting: Create user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and application notes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product marketing, R&D and customer support teams. Stay updated with industry trends: Continuously research and evaluate emerging machine vision technologies, tools, and techniques to maintain industry knowledge and provide innovative solutions.

Response to new inquiries and qualify incoming prospect. Assist field sales in email response and issue quotations. Assist sales team in finding new leads, market research, and record information in system. Ensure all sales-related documents are up to the date (Price list, Customer record, CRM records, product datasheet, etc) Prepare sales reports according to manager needs. Assist marketing activities includes roadshow, exhibition, digital marketing etc. Process customer order including SO, DO, INV, Pick List, PI preparation and lead time update. Issue Supplier PO, follow up with lead time, handle shipping and import/export logistic process. Handle demo loan process, issue loan form, follow up with customer on loan return. Process RMA cases. Maintain the visibilities of demo items inside vision lab. Other administrative duties will be assigned.
