• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed. • Develop and implement inventory control systems and SAFE practices. • Maintain First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) procedures to comply with Company Policy. • Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability. • Track store outlet orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations. • Analyze and review the supply chain and inventory management systems to identify and resolve issues as needed. • Perform regular stock checks and report any issues to the Direct Manager. • Manage up-to-date reports and information on delivery orders, purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records. • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock records for items delivered to the warehouse. • Performing stock outtake and intake activities, including loading, moving, and arranging stocks. • Safely deliver stock according to requests from the Store or HQ, ensuring the company vehicle is clean and safe for daily use. • Perform an annual warehouse stock audit. • Carefully handle company assets, stocks, and goods with safe driving skills. • Ensure that the warehouse is clean and tidy every day. • Any other related tasks will be assigned.

• Responsible for managing daily accounts payable and receivable (AP & AR) • Review and process various types of payments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting policies and procedures. • Perform general accounting functions, including data entry, maintenance and bookkeeping of accounting records, and preparation of financial forms or reports. • Verify the accuracy of accounting documents, such as invoices, tax invoices, receipts, and other related paperwork. • Handle accounting tasks such as recording accounts, managing debts, making payments, and tracking receipts/tax invoices. • Assist the Accounting Executive in reconciling accounts, preparing monthly journal entries, and participating in the monthly financial closing processes. • Prepare withholding tax certificates and distribute them to relevant parties. • Assist the Accounting Executive in completing the annual finance audit and financial statements. • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.

• Conduct the SOP Training Plan for employees. • Assist the Operation Executive in organizing and delivering various types of training activities for operational purposes. • Conduct audits of store outlets to maintain SOP standards, service standard procedures, store wastage control, and operational guidelines. • Create and/or acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials aligned with operational performance and employee development. • Present training and development programs using diverse formats, including group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos. • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, assessment results, and retraining requirements. • Maintain personal SOP and SSP procedures with 100% accuracy. Able to set an example for employees. • Provide assistance on-site with outlet operations when necessary. • Collaborate closely with the Area Store Manager and Operations Executive to develop the Company’s SOP, SOC, SSP, and work structure that aligns with the company’s brand image and customer expectations. • Assist the Operations Executive in processing outlet licenses or any related documents as required. • Update the SOP Training report on a weekly and monthly basis. • Oversee the POS and Delivery platform setting to be aligned with operation requirements. • Any other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager.
