• Oversee and supervise work within the entire restaurant operations both front and back to ensure it runs smoothly. • Oversee and manage the store's expenses/raw materials/labor and income within the specified budget. • Supervise operations regarding the quality of hospitality standards, hygienic food and beverage service, and basic safety. • Responsible for preparations for daily opening and closing the restaurant. • Respond to the satisfaction of service users and follow up on solving problems that arise from customer complaints. • Manage and review employees work schedule to ensure sufficient personnel to perform the job and run operation smoothly. • Arrange training for new employees of various equipment use to be efficient. • Manage customer reservations, listen to customer needs, welcome high-level customers together with the sales department. • Oversee purchasing raw materials and equipment to ensure there is always sufficient supply and coordinating with other departments. • Summarize and report: operating results, problems and solutions and sales report to General Manager.

- Gather and analyze customer needs. - Experience in database design skills to support customer system needs such as Oracle or PostgreSQL, Etc. - Responsible for testing various programs such as Function test, Scenario test, SIT (System Integration Test) to be as analyzed and designed and is responsible for conducting UAT exams to deliver work to meet customer needs. - Provide training on how to use the system to the customer care team and customers so that they can use the system effectively. - Prepare design documents such as Functional Design, Detail Design, system user manual, training and testing documents. and other related documents. - Coordinate internally and outside the organization for the success of the assigned work.

• Assist Learning & Development Manager in creating software and professional services training curriculum. • Assess training requirements for regional sales and presales teams. • Deliver software and professional services to regional sales and presales teams. • Provide software and professional services demonstrations to customers at the Customer Experience Center. • Assist regional operating companies in deals involving software and professional services. • Occasional overseas travel required.

• Develop and operate WEB API servers. • Develop and operates in-house systems that can support and manage business. • Operates and maintain server system that card transaction handling system. • Support and monitor applications and servers. • Oversee in-house systems and web API server and card transaction handling server

• Design test case and implement system test. • Record/analyze test result and provide feedback to development team. • Perform reporting the defect to the bug tracking system. • Create automate test script by using Robot framework. • Co-ordinate with Developers, SA, and PM to solve software error. • Develop project-related documents such as user acceptance test document and user manual. • Coordinate and facilitate the User Acceptance Test
