(WELL TEK ELECTRONICS CO., LTD.) was established on February 17, 2023, initially under the name "Welgao Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd." with an initial registered capital of 4,000,000 THB. The company changed its name to "Well Tek Electronics Co., Ltd." on August 22, 2024, and increased its registered capital to 2,500,000,000 THB on November 4, 2024.

The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, contract manufacturing, packaging, assembly, designing, distributing, testing, and research & development of electronic devices, such as single-layer, double-layer, and multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs), as well as assembled PCB products, machinery, and related equipment.
